About me

I am an experienced engineer and project management professional with over 20 years of expertise in research and development, mathematical modelling, and industrialization.

Engineering solutions and innovation in the fields of chemistry and biotechnology

If I were to oversimplify, my professional journey spans 10 years in academic research, followed by another 10 years dedicated to innovation within a startup company, and an additional 10 years navigating the corporate world. Currently, I have ventured into entrepreneurship to leverage my accumulated experience in alignment with my own ideas. Having collaborated with businesses across various niches, you can trust in my expertise for your own venture.

Whatever project I was working on aimed to protect our natural environment. During my academic research years, I used computer-aided design tools to reduce the energy consumption and pollution emissions of large-scale chemical technologies. Throughout my tenure in a startup company, I focused on developing new technologies for water purification and nuclear waste management. In my corporate years, I contributed to vaccine development aimed at eliminating the need for antibiotics in animal farming. While I am open to working on any scientific or technical projects, I particularly prefer those that apply innovation to protect our natural environment.

Drawing on my extensive professional experience, I can provide innovative engineering solutions in the fields of chemistry and biotechnology. Whether serving as an expert or project manager, I am adaptable to meet specific project requirements.

Engineering design

I have personally designed a variety of equipment, ranging from distillation columns and biotech production lines to electrochemical equipment and even a robot. I utilize the latest tools in my design process.

innovation

For eight years, I worked with a creative engineering startup where I had the opportunity to develop and implement my own ideas, some of which were patented. This experience has honed my ability for creative problem-solving.

project management

In my corporate years, I led a dynamic team of 11 professionals, consisting of 7 engineers and 4 technicians. As the manager, I successfully oversaw the technology transfer of a veterinary vaccine portfolio valued at approximately 200 million EUR turnover per year.

Self employed

enterpreneur / consultant

Since 2022, I have been engaged in biotech process simulation and quality assurance (QA). Currently, I am also overseeing several projects that originated during my startup years. Most of these projects center around the tangible development of technology and equipment. Additionally, I am available for freelance consulting and problem-solving.

2011-2021

Ceva Santé Animale

platform manager, expert

During my corporate tenure, I focused on technology transfer in veterinary vaccine production. I began as an expert and eventually assumed the role of a manager leading a team of 11 professionals dedicated to industrialization, process improvement, and the development of vaccine production.

2003-2011

G.I.C. Ltd.

research engineer / project manager

At G.I.C. Ltd., under the mentorship of the late inventor Mr. István Schremmer, I worked on a wide array of innovative projects. These ranged from lab-scale proof-of-concept experiments to a significant investment project at the Paks Nuclear Power Plant in Hungary. G.I.C. Ltd. operated as a multi-project startup company.

2004-2007

Budapest University of Technology and Economics

Academic researcher

After obtaining my PhD degree, I worked as a postdoc in the fields of process simulation and mathematical optimization-based process design. Additionally, I conducted classes in chemical engineering.
